As Director and Head of Value and Risk Advisory for JLL Wellington, Tim is an integral part of the JLL valuation team providing market, insurance, and asset valuation advice. Tim specialises in commercial, industrial, retail, and specialist property valuations for financial reporting, rental assessments, and market and insurance valuations.
With over 35 years’ experience as a respected property advisor and registered valuer, Tim joined JLL in April 2014 after more than 25 years working in private practice in Dunedin undertaking a wide range of urban valuation work.
