Stephen joined JLL in 2014 and has now accumulated over 30 years of experience as a property professional and registered valuer within the Canterbury and wider South Island markets.
He has extensive experience in the valuation of specialised property assets in the aged care, early childhood, medical, hospitality, and tourism sectors, completing going concern, business, and realty valuations for marketing, finance, compensation, arbitration, and insurance purposes, as well as retaining a client base within the general industrial market, lifestyle property, and residential housing sectors. Stephen has also acted as an expert witness in legal cases.
