As an Assistant Valuer, Risheeka works closely with Registered Valuers in the valuation of commercial property assets, with a current specialisation in the office sector.
Risheeka graduated from the University of Auckland in 2023, having completed a Bachelor of Property and Bachelor of Commerce conjoint degree majoring in Accounting, Business Analytics and Property.
Since joining JLL in 2021, Risheeka initially spent time during her studies as a leasing assistant for the Office Leasing and Advisory team, which gave her a solid foundation on another aspect of the JLL business.
Upon graduation she transitioned to a full-time role within the Value and Risk Advisory team and is currently working towards her Valuation Registration. Risheeka has been working alongside experienced Registered Valuers to complete market, insurance, and rental valuations, and provide specialist consultancy advice.
