Professional Experience:
Michael is an experienced and respected property professional having had a long career in valuation and property consultancy, including most recently in project management & development within various client roles in the private and public sectors. Michael returned to property Value and Risk Advisory in 2019 and joined JLL in 2021.
Michael’s valuation career extends over 24 years in the Canterbury region and prior to that more than five years in the Otago and Southland regions. Michael had also been directly involved in the Christchurch earthquake recovery within a number of property roles. Michael undertakes valuations for a wide range of requirements and has worked on assignments throughout much of the South Island of New Zealand.
