As a Senior Broker at JLL, Liam specialises in commercial leasing and advisory, and provides strategic advice to owners and occupiers, specifically corporate occupiers and institutional asset owners in the Auckland real estate sector.
Over his 7+ years’ experience in commercial property, Liam has successfully delivered for a broad range of clients including Oyster, Kiwi Property, Goodman, Argosy Property, and Stride Property to name a few.
A strong emphasis on long-term partnerships is reflected in Liam’s solid relationships with many of Auckland’s key commercial property owners and occupiers. At all stages of the leasing negotiation and advisory process, Liam has proven an invaluable resource, working closely with his clients to assist them in reaching their critical portfolio objectives by promoting a collaborative approach to account for all key stakeholders, and partnering with an extensive range of JLL services to deliver results.
A keen sportsman, Liam played many sports at representative level which provided him with key leadership and decision-making skills. Outside of his core role, Liam has assisted with delivering Try for Charity, an industry-wide event raising funds and awareness for Keystone Trust, and is an active member in the events team of CoreNet New Zealand.
