Jon is Head of Wellington and national Head of Strategic Consultancy. Prior to joining JLL in 2021 he was based in the UK as Executive Director of Rockwell, where he oversaw a development pipeline of circa $6bn NZD.
Jon is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and Fellow of the Royal Town Planning Institute (FRTPI).
He was appointed a Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) for services to Planning, Real Estate and Built Environments in 2022.
