Jane is an Assistant Valuer within JLL New Zealand’s Value and Risk Advisory's market leading industrial team, focusing on a variety of commercial and industrial assets including certain specialised assets.
Jane entered the industry during her time at university, with her first role in property management at NZRPG providing valuable experience in commercial real estate. Since 2020 she was worked within the Value and Risk Advisory Team at JLL, part-time throughout her studies, and full time from her graduation in early 2022.
She has had recent involvement in the industrial and retail sectors, with a part-time involvement in the alternative property space. She currently works within the industrial team, contributing to the delivery of a wide range of services to clients, including market valuations for financial reporting, first mortgage security and acquisition purposes, as well as insurance and market rental review valuations.
Jane is working towards gaining registration in late 2024, alongside working for the industry-leading Value and Risk Advisory team at JLL. She has a particular interest in the industrial and retail sectors. She is also a part of the New Zealand Leadership Team ‘Gen-Z’, following her appointment to the inaugural Australasian Executive Committee ‘Gen-Z’ in 2023. She is passionate about contributing to the wider business and ensuring JLL cultivates a culture which allows us to work together to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
