Professional Experience:
James has almost a decade of valuation experience, having become a registered valuer in New South Wales in 2013, working initially in the industrial sector and then in the residential sector on valuations of coastal properties in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
After relocating to New Zealand in 2018, he has worked in several sectors including prestige residential valuations and development land and is now focused on the health and aged care sector. This work includes consultancy advice on retirement village developments as well as market valuations of healthcare, aged care, and retirement assets and portfolios both for finance and asset fair value reporting purposes.
