Professional Experience:
Henry is an assistant valuer in the Christchurch Value and Risk Advisory team with a background in a range of property types. He graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Land & Property Management in 2020.
His first experience within the industry was working for a Queenstown-based company carrying out residential valuations. From his time in Queenstown, Henry gained experience in the valuation of high-level residential assets as well as development work. He joined JLL in 2022 and is responsible for assisting the registered valuers in Christchurch across a wide range of property sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial. He currently undertakes work for mortgage security, financial reporting, insurance, and rental assessments.
Henry is working towards becoming a registered valuer where he hopes to specialise in commercial valuations with a particular interest in alternative investments.
Away from the office you will find Henry playing football in the Southern League.
