David joined JLL in 2022 prior to which he worked across the property industry in the areas of property finance, listed property and commercial and residential valuation.

Immediately prior to joining JLL David was Manager Investment Analytics for Kiwi Property where he was responsible for property analytics, development feasibilities, acquisition due diligence and management of the company’s valuation programme for their mixed-use portfolio valued in excess of $3 billion.

Along with his team at JLL, David can provide clients with advice and consultancy within the CBD, fringe and suburban office sectors including market valuations, specialist consultancy advice and development proposals, rental review advice and financial reporting.
