Professional Experience

David joined JLL in 2022 after vast experience across the property industry in the areas of property finance, listed property, and commercial and residential valuation in New Zealand.

Prior to joining JLL, David was Manager Investment Analytics for Kiwi Property where he was responsible for property analytics, development feasibilities, acquisition due diligence, and management of the company’s valuation programme for its mixed-use portfolio, valued in excess of $3 billion.

During 2022, David worked in JLL’s office valuation team providing his clients with valuation advice and consultancy across the CBD, fringe, and suburban office markets. He has recently joined JLL’s retail valuation team where he will bring significant experience from his prior roles at Kiwi Property and Westfield.
