Cam is an Assistant Valuer for the Retail Team. He works closely with Senior Valuers in the Valuation of retail assets contributing to provide accurate valuation reports for clients.
Cam is a qualified professional with a Bachelor's degree in Land and Property Management from Lincoln University, specialising in Urban Valuation and Finance. He joined JLL's valuation team in January 2024 after completing his university qualifications in November 2023.
Cam has experience with two summer internships: one as an Assistant Valuer for Telfer Young Northland's residential team and another as a Data Administrator for Bayley's Auckland's Corporate Lease team. These experiences have equipped Cam with a diverse skill set and experience, positioning him for a successful career in commercial valuation.
