Having been in the property industry for more than 30 years, Arthur has predominately worked in property valuations, consultancy, and research.
Arthur has a wide range of experience and has been involved in major valuation assignments for the business where he has covered commercial, retail, industrial, large land holdings, specialist residential and cashflow valuations.
Arthur’s extensive property market experience has seen him work in the areas of economic research, feasibility studies and property portfolio reviews. His background includes experience in the finance industry, having worked for the Frank Russell Company. Arthur has been involved in numerous High Court, litigation and arbitration cases across complex properties around New Zealand.
