JLL Wellington signs lease for new office at Site 9

Site 9 is due for completion in September this year and is already considered to be among Wellington’s most prestigious buildings. Located on the waterfront, base-isolated with sweeping harbour views, it was designed by leading practice Athfield Architects. It will also be home to other Grade-A tenants including law firm Bell Gully and co-working provider Servcorp.

Jonathan Manns, Head of JLL Wellington, says the move indicates the significant transformation the business is undergoing.

The fit-out is being delivered by JLL NZ’s Project and Development Services team. It will include a range of working environments, from collaboration areas to quiet rooms and work stations. There’ll also be wide-scale video conferencing options and premium fixtures and fittings.

Site 9 is being delivered by leading New Zealand developer, Willis Bond.
