WPP needed a new fit-out that balanced agility with scale
WPP wanted to create a platform for innovation that maximised the efficiencies of shared spaces for three separate agencies.
Location
Auckland
Size
1,800 sqm
Challenge
WPP is a fusion of the seemingly infusible: global and local, scale and agility. They needed a restructure within their Kantar Auckland office that would enable the colocation of three separate research companies into one space allowing them to work both independently and collaboratively.
Approach
Upon understanding the needs of WPP, we worked together to establish an initial brief and workplace strategy that would determine the overall scope of works. We then managed the client and projects teams through the design, procurement, construction, and close-out stages.
Result
We helped to transform their office into a new high-quality fit-out that offered three unique office areas for the respective research agencies whilst maximising the efficiency of a shared reception, café, and meeting rooms.
