Challenge
IBM is a global information technology with operations in over 170 countries. They wanted to create a new flagship office that promoted a highly agile workplace strategy to embody innovative technologies, flexible working, and a large multi-purpose client zone.
Approach
Once we had formulated a plan with IBM, we took on dual role of Project and Design Manager. We then established the initial brief, appointed the consultant team, and managed the design, procurement, and construction phases. In order to allow a seamless relocation into the new office, we also acted as Move Manager.
Result
We helped to create a modern high-quality office that features a collaborative workspaces, agile furniture solutions, leading-edge technology, and a client zone that can used for a number of different uses.
