The brief from Fisher Funds as the owner, was to undertake a full basebuild upgrade of the existing 12 level commercial tower to fill the vacancy with new long-term tenants.

We helped them achieve this by managing the entire project, with the scope of works that included; ground floor lobby refurbishment, new ground floor cafe, lift upgrade, bathroom upgrades on all levels, and reinstatement of existing office fitouts into an open-plan arrangement for new incoming tenants.

The result of the works allowed the owner to successfully attract new tenants and secure long-term lease agreements.
