The brief from AMP Capital, on behalf of the owner, was to demolish the existing building that had been damaged by earthquake, and to deliver a new mixed-use building offering ground level retail and upper level offices.
We helped them achieve this by managing the delivery of the entire project from consultant appointments; through design, consent, contractor procurement; to managing the contractor through the construction process that had challenging site constraints.
The result allowed the owner to secure new lease agreements across the full building, for the previously vacant site.
