As Director – Debt Advisory, Steph works with her team to provide deal structuring advice and connect borrowers and funders. Steph leverages existing relationships with banks and non-banks to provide funding solutions (equity, senior debt, stretched senior and mezzanine funding) for investment and development real estate projects.
Steph joined JLL in 2022 after nine years with the Bank of New Zealand, where her last position was Client Director – Property Finance | Corporate and Institutional Banking. She managed a large portfolio of clients, focusing on larger complex and structured transactions such as PBSA developments, repositioning of a large office portfolio, vertical residential construction and multi-stage land subdivisions.
