As Managing Director of The Business of Cities based in London, Tim works with governments and companies around the world to provide strategies for city leadership, identity, performance, and innovation. Tim will be speaking about the building blocks required to create great places for people.

Phoebe Hewitson

Phoebe is a Registered Valuer at JLL NZ and a member of influential institutions like the RICS Matrics and Leadership groups. Phoebe will showcase JLL NZ’s views and the impact of global trends on our cities where more and more people will be working, living and playing.

Anthony Couse
CEO, Asia Pacific at JLL
Anthony has spent the last 25 years in Asia, helping lead JLL’s expansion in countries such as China, Japan, India and Korea, and acting on several landmark development projects. Anthony joins a line of panel speakers to talk about the practicalities of embracing sustainability.

Hannah Robertson
Senior Registered Valuer, JLL New Zealand
Hannah is a Senior Registered Valuer at JLL in Auckland and specialises in office building valuations, particularly within the Auckland CBD and fringe suburbs. Hannah will discuss sustainable buildings and their future impact on building owners, occupiers, and the environment.
