Challenge

AMP Capital is a global investment manager. They needed a major integrated fit-out throughout St Pauls Square, a 13-level commercial tower, that included the entire seismic and building upgrade in addition to an office fit-out for a single tenant to occupy the entire building.

Approach

After a comprehensive planning process, we took on the role of Project Manager and Engineer to the Contract to manage the entire project. This included the demolition of all existing office fit-outs, a full seismic upgrade, and new bathrooms on all levels, in-ceiling services, lifts, End-of-Trip facilities, an internal staircase across 10 levels, and integrated office fit-out within the entire building for the incoming tenant.

Result

We helped to completely refurbish St Pauls Square to meet modern requirements and the needs of a single tenant. This major project was completed on time and within budget.
