JLL NZ Gender Pay Gap Report 2022
We’re taking action to support greater gender diversity by reporting our gender pay gap metrics and committing to be an active change partner in New Zealand’s Commercial real estate sector.
Accountable for sustainable change
At JLL New Zealand, we recognize that diversity of thought and talent among our people strengthens our business and benefits our clients.
That’s why we are taking action by volunteering to report annually on Gender Pay Gaps across our New Zealand business.
Historically gender representation at JLL has reflected an imbalance in the workforce, with a lower representation of women, particularly among our agents and in our senior management teams. Over recent years we have made good progress in addressing this imbalance, but we know that to make sustainable change we must continue to be more transparent and accountable in how we operate and collaborate more as an industry.
