Neil leads a global team of industry professionals dedicated to partnering with the world’s largest organizations to shape the future of work by optimizing the performance of their people, workplaces and real estate portfolios.

Known for cutting-edge innovation, JLL Work Dynamics’ mission is to address every aspect of the employee experience by deploying purpose-driven strategy, tech-enabled solutions and globally connected capabilities.

Neil is a member of JLL’s Global Executive Board and serves as global sponsor for JLL’s corporate Client Advisory Board. On behalf of both, he champions JLL’s commitment to reducing the firm’s impact on the climate and environment through its operating model and strategic client partnerships. His leadership also includes responsibility for JLL’s commitments to The Climate Pledge, Science- Based Target, Net Zero Carbon Buildings Commitment, Business Ambition for 1.5°, Race to Zero and EP100.

Experience

Neil joined JLL in 2017 as EMEA CEO for Corporate Solutions—now Work Dynamics. Prior to this he has held regional and global leadership roles at Sodexo and GSH Group.

Education and Affiliations

He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Trinity College in Dublin. Originally from Ireland, Neil lives in Chicago with his wife and three children, and proudly serves as a Director of JLL Foundation, board member of the Chicago chapter of Ireland Funds and board member and vice chair of the Campaign Cabinet for United Way of Metro Chicago.
