Vacancy remains tight in both the Auckland sub-markets but new supply and a number of tenant consolidations loom around the corner in Q1 2017.
Post-earthquake the Wellington office market has tipped back into a landlord favourable position as a result of tenant movements due to a number of building closures.
In Christchurch, vacancy remains elevated although there has been strong absoprtion since our last survey. The final tranche of new office supply is set to be delivered over 2017.
