Auckland Southern Corridor Office Pulse Q1 2016


Growing demand for fringe and suburban office space ​has decreased vacancy within the Southern Corridor. ​Limited suitable space within the CBD and alternative markets ​has pushed tenants into the area, providing relief to heightened vacancy rates.

Yields across the decentralized office markets have declined in 2H15, and are now in line with or below the previous lows set before the GFC.
