Auckland CBD Office Pulse Q1 2016


Competition for premium office space remains fierce in the Auckland CBD, as vacancy remains at historic lows and rents continue to climb. 

Much anticipated supply began entering the market in 2H15 with 151 Victoria Street West completed. This is the start of a significant supply response to the intensely tight Prime market which has kept property owners in a dominate position relative to tenants.

2016 will see an increase of supply, offering some relief to the market.
