Auckland Fringe and Suburban Office Pulse Q3 2015


Limited space in the CBD and increasing rentals are forcing occupiers into the decentralised office precincts. This is boosting rental levels across the market as competition for space increases.

The current lack of investment grade stock in traditional office markets is likewise rerouting investors to alternative options in both the suburban and fringe markets.  This has resulted in further yield compression espically in the CBD Fringe area.
