As we approach a period of high occupier demand within the Auckland office market cycle, the question is where will the supply come from and when?
JLL have within this whitepaper, attempted to quantify and qualify the office supply pipeline as well as the future of the wider central office precincts. We view the waterfront precincts to have the most dynamic future over the next half of the cycle with most office supply coming online in these areas. After considering the likelihood of development, overall we do not view the current level of proposed development to pose a risk of market oversupply.
