The CBD Fringe has been particularly active over the recent period with the completion of 162 Vic and the Napier Plaza; together with significant tenant churn. It is worth noting that around 3,000sqm meters of space is currently in refurbishment – as motivated landlords aim to attract and retain tenants through offering better quality space.
