A continued balance between supply and demand results in limited rental movements but investors show their interest...

The South Auckland Industrial market reported total absorption of - 6,900 sqm over 1H13, with both Mt Wellington and Avondale reporting negative net absorption for the period; Penrose was the only precinct to report positive net absorption. Mt Wellington vacancy increased 6,700 sqm or 0.7% due to larger tenant
movements. Vacancy remained stable in Penrose with only small tenancy movements recorded.
