Occupier demand in the North Shore industrial precinct was strong over 2H10, with vacancy dropping from 8.2% in 1H10, to 6.9% in 2H10. This was a total reduction of 22,000sqm, which was the largest decrease across all precincts in the Auckland industrial market.
