Jarred Hill is a Commercial Property agent in the Auckland Metro team, where he specialises in sales and leasing in the Southern city fringe.

​​Jarred has 15 years’ experience in the commercial property management, property finance and agency fields, both in New Zealand and the UK. His experience is such that he understands development funding and what is required for a property to be successful. This is particularly relevant in Auckland, where zoning changes spark a wave of development opportunities.

He has represented landlords and tenants across retail, office and industrial sectors and has been involved with investment and development funding for commercial property.

Having interacted with property agents for many years while working as a property manager and finance manager, Jarred has a clear view of what it takes to succeed in his role.

He also appreciates that a professional services firm like JLL has the necessary valuation, property management, project development and leasing divisions to provide its clients with an end-to-end service.

Jarred also has solid commercial acumen, having owned and managed a business for nine years.​
