Graham is a Director within the Plant and Machinery division based in Auckland.

With 27 years’ experience in plant valuation, Graham has undertaken assignments throughout New Zealand, Australia and Asia, including valuations for some of New Zealand’s largest listed companies.

Graham was involved with the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ), serving on the National Board, Auckland Branch Committee, Property and Standards Board, Fellowship Committee and chaired the Plant and Machinery Valuation Council. He has also prepared and presented numerous papers at PINZ conferences and professional development events with many of his articles published in newspapers and magazines.

Graham spent 14 years working for Ernst & Young, where he developed considerable expertise in the area of valuations for taxation and accounting purposes. He has provided consulting advice to Inland Revenue regarding depreciation issues on
many occasions.

In 2004, Graham was awarded a PINZ fellowship for his outstanding reputation and contribution to the profession. In the citation, past President and Life Member of the NZ Institute of Valuers, Graeme Horsley described him as “one of the most intellectual members of the Plant and Machinery body in New Zealand”.
