JLL Managing Director Nick Hargreaves has announced he is leaving the company following seven years leading the New Zealand arm of the business.

"I have been pondering the move for a while and after discussions with my family and knowing the New Zealand team is strong, I thought the time was right to pass the baton. New ideas and a fresh perspective will be great for the business that has acquired so much support from our client base over recent years. In the short-term I am looking forward to spending more time with my family, travelling and getting some fitness back," says Hargreaves.

Australian CEO, Stephen Conry says, "JLL is one of the world's largest property services firms and we have grown dramatically over the past seven years, while Nick was at the helm in New Zealand. We are very grateful for Nick's many years of service with the company and will be making an announcement about a new Managing Director soon."

Mr Hargreaves will leave the JLL business in March 2018.
