JLL agents Sam Smith, John Binning and Ian Hall are marketing two freehold units on Normanby Road in the popular Auckland suburb of Mt Eden. ​

Built in the 1980s, the two industrial units B8 & B9 at 31-49 Normanby Road are currently vacant.

Auckland Council expects the number of city centre and city fringe residents to double by 2041 to 140,000 and forecasts that city centre and city fringe employee numbers will double to more than 200,000.
