RICS recognises one of New Zealand’s leading property professionals
JLL National Director Dale Winfield won the Property Professional of the Year award at the annual RICS New Zealand Awards in Auckland on 10 May.
The Property Professional of the Year award is presented to an outstanding individual involved in valuation, property management, facilities management, or acquiring/selling or leasing a commercial, industrial or retail property.
Winfield has more than 17 years’ experience as a Registered Valuer and is regarded as the go-to person for retail valuations in New Zealand. He leads JLL’s retail valuations team and has been involved in almost every major shopping centre transaction in New Zealand over the past five years.
Last year, he led a number of iconic and complex projects, including The Base, Commercial Bay and WestCity. In each case, Winfield helped his clients to understand the value and potential of their assets, either for purchase or development.
Winfield and the team at JLL pride themselves on providing up to date information and trends, both nationally and internationally. Winfield says this is critical to providing accurate advice in an ever changing sector.
