Prominent town house on unique island site on offer

JLL sales and investment agent, Chris Harding, who is marketing the property by way of tender closing 9th March 2016 at 4pm says “Given the demand for new housing in the region, the property provides a fantastic opportunity in the current Christchurch market that is primed for a multi-unit residential development site or a substantial, quality-built town house with a large garden.”

The property encompasses a 450m² architect designed house built in 2001 featuring copper roofing and with flooring and main staircase of Burmese teak.
