​​JLL are seeking occupants for the new office build at 167 Victoria Street, which is scheduled for completion in August 2015. Commercial sales and leasing brokers, Jesse Paenga and Chris Harding of JLL have been appointed as the exclusive leasing agents for this central Christchurch office build.

The 1,200sqm architecturally designed property will be the latest new office build to go up on Victoria Street, which has become the heart of post-quake development in Christchurch with over 25,000sqm of new office and entertainment space.

The building will comprise of three storeys office space, an additional mezzanine office on the top floor along with 141sqm of ground floor retail space. The top two storeys have the added benefit of north facing outdoor terraces with commanding views down Victoria Street and over Hagley Park.

167 Victoria Street has a flexible design to suit the requirements of a range of occupier sizes. It can be split into three separate tenancies ranging from 340sqm to 402sqm to suit smaller sized companies who may have missed out on the larger, more expensive premium spaces which have been on the market so far.  “Overall 167 Victoria Street offers an affordable alternative to the premium space on the market with B Grade rentals in an A Grade location and building. The building will form an opportunity for the smaller players to join the ranks of Christchurch’s heavyweight office occupiers and enjoy the amenity and profile that follows” adds Harding.

Additional amenities include floor to ceiling glazing and uncovered car parking at the rear of the building along with the ability to acquire additional car parks offsite.
