Jones Lang LaSalle has been honoured with a number of awards at the prestigious annual Euromoney Real Estate Awards (2011), being voted number one in New Zealand Overall and in Research.

The firm also won Global Real Estate Advisor and Consultant and in Asia won Valuation, Agency /Letting and Research categories.  This is the first time Jones Lang LaSalle has won the New Zealand award and the third time winning the overall global award since the award programme was established in 2005.

Nick Hargreaves, Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle New Zealand says recognition in the Euromoney Real Estate Awards 2011 is noteworthy because the winners are voted for by companies within the real estate industry.

"The Euromoney awards are a clear endorsement of the excellent client service we provide across all areas of our business nationally and Jones Lang LaSalle's strong global leading reputation," he says.

"This year has truly been a milestone year for the firm. We celebrated 25 years of real estate in New Zealand, established and implemented our new growth strategy and just six months ago won the Best Property Consultancy Firm in New Zealand and the Asia Pacific at the Asia Pacific Property Awards in association with Bloomberg Television".

The Euromoney Real Estate Award 2011 is recognition that our clients are enjoying our award winning initiatives, our fresh approach to real estate and the young talent we have onboard who are tomorrow's leaders," says Hargreaves.
