Leading global real estate experts, Jones Lang LaSalle, has promoted 22 members of its New Zealand team all of whom have been recognised for their overall outstanding contribution to the business.

Chris Beasleigh and Sam Smith, Local Directors of the retail and industrial teams respectively and Dale Winfield, Local Director of Valuation and Advisory have all been promoted to National Director.
Alistair Penny, Regan Simpson and Ria Hayward of the Property and Asset Management division as well as John Binning of Capital Markets and Rachel Smith and William Hickey of Valuation and Advisory have all been promoted to Local Director.
Promoted to Associate Director include Industrial brokers Ben Pilley and Paul Steele, James Thornburn, Matt Lamb and Tim Wilson of Markets, Stephen Threadgall of Project and Development Services, Malcolm Freeman of Human Resources and Libby Collins of Marketing and Communications.
Ben Dalton of the Project and Development Services team has been promoted to Senior Project Manager; Anna Collie of Markets has been promoted to Office Manager of the Wellington office; Jill Sinden and Karlien Giliomee of finance have been promoted to Senior Accounts Assistants and Kasia Westray to Company Accountant.
