What this job involves
Reporting to the new head of Property & Asset Management this is an exciting time to join under new leadership, dedicated to fostering a successful, dynamic and collaborative team.
Here you will be responsible for a portfolio that includes a range of commercial and retail assets. You'll work with multiple owners and focus on adding value to our clients whilst enabling you to develop your already proven Property Management career.
Your primary focus will be to optimise the performance of the properties under management including maximising income through lease and rental negotiations, managing operating costs and reporting to clients. You will identify opportunities to add value to the portfolio and manage costs associated with these assets. You'll be responsible for preparing detailed asset plans, budgets and financial reports.

You will be an experienced Property Manager and now looking to expand your capabilities by working across a portfolio of commercial properties.
You will be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering superior client service. By nature, you thrive under pressure and have exceptional time management and organisational skills.
What sets you apart is your personality and approach to work. You will be positive, self-motivated and passionate about ensuring the success of the firm. You will be able to work both independently and as part of a team who won't be afraid to roll your sleeves up and muck in.
You will have the ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels and will effectively deal with queries, complaints and requirements of tenants in an efficient and professional manner.
You'll be comfortable working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint and hold a valid driver's licence and have access to your own vehicle.
