What this job involves

This key position provides Level 1 to 2 remote and hands on desktop focused IT services and projects nationwide.

This role is a highly customer focused role in which you will resolve issues and ensure that IT runs smoothly in all 3 offices.  Where new processes or procedures are developed, you will be expected to document these and contribute to the growing IT knowledge base.

The ideal person will be customer centric with a friendly, can-do attitude and a passion for providing quality outcomes.

It is essential you have an in-depth understanding of IT support processes, along with excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills and be able to use a wide range of technologies to achieve the work area outcomes.

You will be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse client base and have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and show initiative. It is essential that you have proven experience in a Microsoft Desktop environment with the ability to resolve technical issues in a Microsoft desktop environment. 


Some basic Microsoft server knowledge including software, and peripheral hardware (printers), along with basic network hardware understanding will be vital.  Information and Communications Technology related qualifications and proven experience in an Information and Communications Technology environment is essential.  Experience working in a corporate environment is highly regarded.
