What are we looking for:
Due to a number of exciting developments in the retail space we are now looking for an experienced property broker to join our dynamic retail agency team.
Our retail team are currently working on developments across Auckland from town centre developments, transport hubs to one off restaurant and café projects.
Here you will work as a negotiator of commercial property assets where you will be dealing with some of Auckland's largest retail property players and providing advice to tenants and vendors/lessors in the brokerage of retail sales or leases through to deal closure.

As an ambitious self-starter you will be comfortable developing new business by building and fostering effective relationships. You will be confident, self-motivated, resilient and tenacious with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels whilst maintaining an ethical approach to work practices.
Experience in the property industry or in a sales or leasing role will be highly regarded. Equally important is the right attitude, drive to succeed and a genuine interest in the property industry. To work as a property broker you are required to hold a NZ Salesperson licence. You should either hold a current licence or be working towards one/understand the process to ascertain the qualification.
