What this job involves

The success of our established City Metro team has created an opportunity for additional commercial property brokers to join us.

As a commercial property broker, you will be dealing with some of Auckland's largest and most established property players, negotiating sales and leasing transactions on behalf of property funds, developers, occupiers, trusts, high-net worth individuals and private clients.

We will consider graduates, experienced sales people or entrepreneurial individuals with a strong ambition to build a career within the Commercial Property industry.

To be successful, you will have:
  • a genuine desire to work in the commercial property industry,
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • a tenacious attitude and motivation to succeed,
  • strong work ethics, and
  • the ability for problem solving.
We will look favourably on applicants who possess a real estate license, or those who are in the process of attaining one.

Although not a requirement, a relevant tertiary qualification or experience in property, law or banking may be advantageous to your success.
